Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) is a strengths-based, person-centered, recovery-focused program with the purpose of helping individuals with Mental Illness overcome impairments caused by their symptoms in order to function independently in their homes or places of residence. ARMHS can provide individuals with support through Basic Living and Social Skill building, Certified Peer Specialist Services, and Community Intervention to help them reach their goals including: 

  • Manage mental health symptoms 
  • Increase relapse prevention skills
  • Improve interpersonal skills 
  • Coordinate with other service providers 
  • Decrease need for higher level of care such as  acute psychiatrist care or inpatient treatment 
  • Deliver culturally competent services 
  • Managing and coping with mental health symptoms
  • Healthy lifestyle skills and practices
  • Preventing relapse and sobriety management
